A site visit, a written estimate, and a timeline — then footings dug to Minnesota frost depth and inspected before we move on.
02 — Frame
Licensed crews. Clear communication.
Ovi and the team pick up the phone, show up on time, and keep you in the loop from demo day to the final walkthrough.
03 — Rough-in
Plumbing, electrical, HVAC — then the inspector.
Every rough-in is permitted and inspected before a single sheet of drywall goes up.
04 — Interior
Kitchens, baths and basements.
Cabinets, counters, tile and flooring, installed by the same crew that framed the walls.
05 — Finish
Move-in ready. On schedule.
Siding, roofing, windows, trim — finished like it's our own house.
06 — Deck
Then we build the part you'll live on.
